The history of Windows and Doors began in the fall of 1992, when the company was started by John Hufcut and Phil McCutcheon. Both owners worked in the wholesale distribution of Marvin Windows and Doors for several years and realized the need for a full service retailer of high end millwork products that offered professional sales, factory authorized installation, pre-finishing and service for the products we sell. This motivated them to partner up and form Windows and Doors
In 2018, as John’s role began to change, Tom Pateman joined the ownership group after many years as WDI’s door specialist.
Today, Windows and Doors still focuses on it’s original mission – provide Northern New Jersey with the highest level of Window and Door products, advice and customer service possible.
